The triangular logo represents the Akoury generations as well as the emblematic cedar of Lebanon, which is Mr. Akoury's country of origin.
The name 'Taje' was decided by pairing the first letters of the names of his sons as well as his own: Tristan, Anthony-Joseph and Elie.
